What is Bridge Finance?
Bridge Finance is a way of quickly raising short term finance secured against Residential and Commercial property, usually within days. Typically used to bridge the gap between a purchase and either a traditional re-finance or sale.

Why are we different?
As a lender we aim to lead the bridging finance market in terms of flexibility, speed of decision making and availability of funds. We understand that rarely are two bridge finance deals the same and so adopt a flexible approach to underwriting security tailored to the individual clients requirements.

We will even arrange the longer term funding to repay the Bridge loan where there is not an intermediary introducer involved.
